Wisdom teeth & dry socket questions?

I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed on the 14th, (4 days ago counting today) and I was wondering if like, for instance pouring some water into your mouth and swallowing could cause dry socket...or eating ice pops and swallowing with your mouth closed. I'm really paranoid of getting dry socket. I do everything my dentist told me to. I've been really paranoid about eating yogurts and such because I reallyyy don't want those blood clots to come out. and also, can talking too much cause dry socket? Also, when can I start drinking milk again? :o I can't even manage to get yogurt or pudding down either. :\
